Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tasksexpert.in or purchasing any Tasks Expert IND virtual assistant service, subscription or plan ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or Services.

2. The Services

Tasks Expert IND provides managed virtual assistant services on a subscription basis, delivered by office-based teams in India to clients in India and worldwide. Each plan includes a dedicated virtual assistant, a customer success manager, backup coverage and support as described on our Pricing page. Service hours, scope and deliverables are agreed at onboarding and may be updated in writing (including email/WhatsApp) by both parties.

3. Accounts & Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate business and billing information, including company and tax details where applicable.
• You are responsible for the legality of tasks you assign. We may refuse tasks that are unlawful, unethical, or outside the agreed scope.
• Access credentials you share are used only for delivering the Services and are handled per our Privacy Policy.
• You agree not to directly hire, engage or solicit our staff outside Tasks Expert IND during the engagement and for 12 months after, except with our written consent.

4. Fees, Billing & Taxes

• Fees are charged in USD as per your selected plan; Indian clients may pay the INR equivalent. Taxes, if any, are applied as required in your country.
• Subscriptions renew monthly in advance until cancelled. All invoices are issued by Tasks Expert Virtual Employee Services Private Limited under the Tasks Expert IND brand.
• Accepted methods: major cards, PayPal, UPI, net banking and bank transfer via our payment gateways.
• Late or failed payments may lead to suspension of Services until dues are cleared.

5. Hours, Rollover & Fair Use

Plan hours are for the billing month. Rollover of unused hours, if any, is as per your plan terms confirmed at onboarding. Hours are consumed against actual tracked work time. Excessive out-of-scope work, urgent-turnaround demands, or third-party costs (software, ads, stock assets) may be quoted separately with your approval.

6. Intellectual Property

Work products created specifically for you become your property upon full payment. The Tasks Expert IND name, logo, internal tools, processes, templates, training materials and pre-existing IP remain the property of Tasks Expert Virtual Employee Services Private Limited.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's non-public information confidential. Our VAs work under NDAs and supervised office conditions. We are happy to execute a mutual NDA on request.

8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable, "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the one (1) month preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, internet/power outages, strikes, government action). We will restore Services promptly, using backup staff and systems where possible.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, unlawful use, or abusive behaviour towards staff. Sections on IP, confidentiality, liability and disputes survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution; failing that, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
